We do not directly handle any shipping policies. Since the books are self-published with Blurb, all the production and shipping is handled by them, as well as Amazon, depending on where you made your purchase off of. If you have any questions about the shipping costs or anything else under this topic, you can contact either Blurb or Amazon for any of that information,
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not except returns of any purchase of any book, once a purchase is made, it is final, unless there is an error with the print then contact Blurb or Amazon that the book had printing errors. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please feel free to reach out to us for any complaints and we may help with a future purchase of Keaton's books. Also we are always open for suggestions on how we can make them better. Other than that we don't allow returns for refunds or any exchanges, since his books are all self published.
Be reminded that the books you are purchasing are written by Keaton when he was young, if you feel like the stories are poorly made then don't order any of them. The purpose of these books being published is a memory of Keaton and his dreams he used to have to become an author back when he was like 9 years old.
